Esther Sabedra is a holistic healing practitioner, Accredited Professional Life Journey Coach, Animal Communicator and Licensed Massage Therapist with more than twenty five years of professional experience and a lifelong connection to animals, nature and wellness.
Esther's journey began working with horses and later as a veterinary assistant caring for domestic and exotics animals. She went on to earn her national certification in massage therapy and expand her work to include life coaching, spiritual guidance, animal communication and nature based wellness experiences.
Today, Esther helps people reconnect with themselves, their animals and the natural world through compassionate guidance, meaningful reflection and holistic support.
Esther's Healing Cove was created from the vision of offering inspiring experiences that nurture the mind, body, spirit through the elements of mother nature and human to animal connection. While the future goal is to create a physical healing sanctuary for people and animals. Esther currently brings these services directly to you, whether in the comfort of your home or in a natural outdoor setting. Services may include bodywork, non-touch energy healing, grounding practices, nature based wellness experiences, animal assisted support, and personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs.

It was at Mountain Meadow Equine Rescue in Escondido, California where I volunteered as a non-touch energy healing practitioner. I also practiced massage therapy on them while preparing for my equine massage therapy certification.
Apache is a rescue and former Spanish dancing Andalusian. He was my first case study in doing energy healing on a horse. He struggled with severe pain from a coffin bone infection, enduring a complex surgery. I did energy work and gave him massages 2 to 3 times weekly for almost 8 months. This video captures Apaches's energetic response to the non-touch magnetic field of energy that I projected through universal love and healing light. Today Apache is thriving, enjoying life in the pastures with his 2 favorite roomies, "Little Man" and "Biff."
