Esther Sabedra is a holistic healing practitioner, Accredited Professional Life Journey Coach, Animal Communicator and Licensed Massage Therapist with more than twenty five years of professional experience and a lifelong connection to animals, nature and wellness.

 

Esther's journey began working with horses and later as a veterinary assistant caring for domestic and exotics animals. She went on to earn her national certification in massage therapy and expand her work to include life coaching, spiritual guidance, animal communication and nature based wellness experiences.

 

Today, Esther helps people reconnect with themselves, their animals and the natural world through compassionate guidance, meaningful reflection and holistic support.

While the future goal is to create a physical healing sanctuary for people and animals. Services may include bodywork, non-touch energy healing, grounding practices, nature based wellness experiences, animal assisted support, and personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs.
